Jamshedpur, Nov 8: The 58th Annual Sports Day of Little Flower School, Jamshedpur, was celebrated with great enthusiasm and grandeur on Saturday at the Sumant Moolgaokar Stadium. Red House emerged as the Overall Champion, while Green House (Girls) and Blue House (Boys) clinched the Athletic Championships, marking a proud day of achievement and celebration for the school.
The Chief Guest for the event was Anand Vardhan, General Manager (Legal Department), Tata Motors Ltd., and the Guest of Honour was Jaya Vardhan.

The afternoon began with the ceremonial hoisting of the school flag, followed by a well-coordinated March Past by the four houses — Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow. The synchronized steps, discipline, and pride displayed by the students won admiration from the spectators. Declaring the meet open, the Chief Guest released colourful balloons into the sky, symbolizing joy and the spirit of sportsmanship.

A highlight of the day was the creative and vibrant drill performances presented by students across all grades. Kindergarten children, junior groups (Classes I–V), and seniors (Classes VI–X) took part in an inspiring drill display based on the theme “2025: The International Year of Glaciers’ Preservation.”

Blue and Yellow Houses jointly received Samir Hore’s Shield for the Best Disciplined House, recognizing their teamwork and order.
Special awards added to the spirit of celebration. The Stephie Sequeira Memorial Trophy for the Inter-House Drill Competition was shared by Green and Red Houses, and the Vipin Tomar Memorial Trophy for the Best Captain went to Green House (Boys and Girls).
