Jamshedpur, April 24: In order to provide a propitious environment where the young talents would think out of the box and have a great learning experience, Book Day celebration was held at Narbheram Hansraj English School wherein students of class 1 to 8 participated in book reading sessions on Monday, April 24.
The students were encouraged to read stories. They penned down their thoughts in the form of Critical Appreciation. The purpose was to improve the comprehension power of the students and their writing skills.
NHES believes “One book, One pen, One child and One Teacher can change the world.”
Principal Paramita Roy Chaudhury appreciated the students for their effort and enthusiastic participation. World Book Day was initiated by UNESCO on April 23, 1995 to encourage young people to discover the pleasure of reading.
