Jamshedpur: A Kadma resident, Ravikant Nayak, was announced as the winner of the �Selfie With Cloth Bag� lucky draw contest organized by the Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee on Saturday. He was given a helmet by the Special Officer of JNAC, Sanjay Kumar. Two other city residents, Rajlakshami Mishra and Shweta Modi, were given consolation prices on the occasion. Nayak said he would encourage his neighbours and friends to use cloth bags and abstain from using the banned plastic bags.
