Jamshedpur, March 24: The Rani Sati Dadiji Divya Jyot will reach Jamshedpur on Thursday, March 28 at 3 pm near the Red Cross Society Building where it will be received by thousands of devotees and taken in a colourful procession to the Dhalbhum Club Ground opposite Sakchi Agrasen Bhawan. This decision was taken at a meeting of Shri Rani Sati Seva Sangh comprising Dadi devotees. The meeting was presided by Raj Kumar Sanghi.
Sanghi informed that the Jyot (flame) from Rani Sati Mandir in Jhunjhunu is being carried across states by the Rani Sati Foundation of Kolkata. The journey that commenced from Kolkata on March 3, will be arriving in the city on March 28. The Rani Sati Dadiji Jyot will be received by thousands of devotees near the Red Cross Society Building at 3 pm and taken in a procession that will include devotional music and traditional tribal dance Chhou.
The holy rituals will commence at the Dhalbhum Club Ground venue from 9:30 am on the day. The prayers will commence with Mangal Path to be recited by famous devotional song exponent Manju Sharma of Jaipur. The Mangal Path will be attended hundreds of women devotees.
Those devotees interested for participation in the Divya Jyot Utsav will be provided coupons on a first come�first serve basis. Among those present at the meeting held today at Sakchi Agrasen Bhawan were Naresh Kauntia, Manoj Agrawal, Suresh Lodha, Uma Lodha, Ram Ratan Kauntia, Kailash Saraiwala, Dinesh Agrawal Munna, Shanti Kauntia, Krishna Sanghi, Premlata Agrawal, Manju Kauntia and Mamata Garhwal.
