Jamshedpur, June 1: The Diwane Lakhdatar organization is gearing up to host Rani Sati Dadi Mangalpath on June 18. This occasion is all the more auspicious for Rajasthani settlers who have utmost faith on Adi Shakti Punj Jhunjhunu Wali Rani Sati�s glorification. City�s 501 ladies will perform the Deity�s glorification rituals in chorus. Officials have been selected to distribute Mangalpath coupons area wise.
The Mangalpath will be conducted at the air conditioned Michel John Auditorium in Bistupur. The Mangal Moti Sethani (other name for Rani Sati) worship will have devotees from Bengal and Odisha along with their Kolhan counterparts. Pankaj Joshi, the artiste credited with the recitation of the biggest Mangalpath, has been invited to the holy celebration where he will present devotional songs.
The devotees present on the occasion will offer the Deity with a 108 meters long chunri. Those devotees who wish to be a part of the team that will be offering the chunri have to register their names.
The organizing committee for the big Rajasthani devotional event comprises Lala Bharadwaj, Jagdish Sharma, Rahul Agrawal, Mukesh Agiwal, Ashok Diwan, Ashok Modi, Dipak Agrawal, Manoj Sharma and Amit Tulsiyan.
