Jamshedpur: Rangotsav-2024 was celebrated at the Srinath University campus amidst mirth and merry-making. Sukhdev Mahato, Chancellor of Srinath University, Dr. (Prof.) S.N Singh, Vice Chancellor, and Trustees Anita Mahato and Moumita Mahato of Srinath Group, along with J. Rajesh, Dean of Administration were among other dignitaries present on the celebratory occasion.
Sukhdev Mahato extended his best wishes for a joyous and colorful Holi, emphasizing the importance of spreading love and peace. He applauded the enthusiastic participation of the university fraternity, highlighting how Holi not only celebrated cultural heritage but also fostered inclusivity and unity.
Dr. (Prof.) S.N Singh interacted with students and faculty, urging them to bring brightness into everyone’s lives. He emphasized Holi’s role in dispelling mental disharmony and nurturing love among people, stressing the festival’s significance beyond mere color play.
The celebration showcased cultural unity, joy, and enthusiasm, with students, faculty, and staff coming together in a jubilant atmosphere. Organic colors and pulsating beats of the DJ added to the festive fervor, symbolizing the triumph of good over evil. The Holi Milan celebration witnessed immense enthusiasm with arrangements made for food and refreshments for all.
Representatives from all departments of Srinath University participated in the colorful festivities. J. Rajesh, Dean of Administration, and Ravikanth, HR, anchored the events.
