Ranchi, June 18: All schools in Ranchi district will remain closed on June 19 due to a heavy rain warning issued by the Meteorological Department. The district has been placed under the red alert zone, indicating the possibility of extremely heavy rainfall. To ensure the safety of students, Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri has ordered the closure of all educational institutions for the day. Authorities have warned that strict legal action would be taken against any school that violated this directive. Teachers, principals, and education officers have been instructed to comply with the order.
