Potka: A grand Ramnavami procession is going to be taken out in Hata under Potka block on Thursday. Preparations for the event were completed on the day of Ramnavami.
Members of the local Hanuman Mandir Committee organized puja with fervour. A large number of devotees gathered on the occasion. Khichdi and bhog were distributed among them by the committee members.
In view of the festival, the committee members decorated the temple and various public places with �Mahaviri� flags.
Potka police beefed up security in view of the festivity. Police visibility was increased at various places to keep an eye on trouble-mongers.
