Ranchi, April 5: In context with double murder committed on April 3, 2014 in Palamu, Secretary to the CM Sunil Barnwal directed to arrest Parvez Churiwala in a week.
He directed the Home Dept. as to why not action has been taken against DSP, officer-in-charge and other policemen for being so careless as to let Parvez Churiwala abscond during treatment. He said it while reviewing complaints registered with Mukhya Mantri Jan Samvad Kendra at Suchana Bhawan.
With regard to sending revenue settlement cancellation to Land Reforms Department by Addl. Collector-cum-Nodal officer Pravin Kr. Gagrai, Mr. Barnwal looked cross with him and said that he did not deserve the post.
Regarding not paying pension to the dependent of Nemha Bakhala even after 2 years of his death of Cancer, Mr. Barnwal asked to show cause the nodal officer and write to the sec why so many complaints are pending with his department.
He directed to show cause the nodal officer of West Singhbhum and ask why he should not be suspended.
When he was told that guidelines have been sought from the Home Department regarding compensation against death from lightening, Mr. Barnwal was cross over pending of the complaint.
He also asked to send certificates of the sister in a week for job on compensation in place of her brother Susaran Horo who was killed by the naxalites.
Moreover, regarding illegal encroachment of Chinta Devi’s land for opening cow shed at Upraili Dhanwar, Giridih, the Sec directed the nodal officer to inspect the matter himself and submit the report in a week.
He also directed to suspend the concerned CO if his report is found to be wrong.
