Jamshedpur: Ramkrishna Forgings Limited, Gamharia, announced an annual bonus of 20 per cent on Tuesday. The bonus settlement was arrived at during a meeting of management officials and members of Ramkrishna Forgings Shramik Sangh at Plant I.
As per the agreement, the employees will get a minimum of Rs 21,784 and a maximum of Rs 41,626 in bonus. The bonus amount would be sent to the eligible employee�s bank account by this weekend, sources said.
The bonus settlement agreement was signed by the vice president HR of the company SP Senapati, Plant I head Balajee, HR Manager Manohar Pandey, Rintu Mukherjee, union president Jai Narayan Sharma, union vice president Surendra Sao, union general secretary DN Singh, Manager Yadav, SK Bose and Sanjay Prasad.
