Jamshedpur: A workers’ awareness rally was organized under the aegis of Intuc on the occasion of Labour Day on Thursday.
It was led by the secretary of National Youth Intuc Vijay Khan and state Congress president Sukhdev Bhagat. The MLA of Jamshedpur West Banna Gupta and Intuc leader Rakeshwar Pandey were also present during the rally.
The rally moved through city streets and culminated at Shahid Chowk, Sakchi. A street-corner meeting was organized at the conclusion of the rally. The outfit leaders took a pledge to uphold the rights of workers.
