Rakesh Sahu made state YC General Secretary

Jamshedpur, Feb 14: Rakesh Sahu, District President of Akhil Bharatiya Tailik Sahu Mahasabha (ABTSM) was felicitated in Bagbera on Monday on being appointed Jharkhand State Youth Congress General Secretary. Under the leadership of District ABTSM women’s wing, Puja Sahu a programme was organized at Gandhi Nagar in Bagbera. Pooja Sahu, in the felicitration programme observed, “It is a proud moment for our community to celebrate Rakesh Sahu’s appointment as the General Secretary of the District Youth Congress. With our community’s youth segment taking the responsibilities of leadership in various social and political fields, we will go from strength to strength in community development activities.”

Speaking on the occasion, Rakesh Sahu, while thanking the community for its love and affection, said, “I feel privileged to be a part of the community where youth take initiative for creating a better tomorrow. The Youth Congress too has not lagged behind in matters of social and national development. I am indeed very grateful to our dynamic YC national President, B Srinivas, national party in-charge Krishna Ji and State in-charge, Imran Ali and joint in-charge Jainendra Pandey and State President Abhijit Raj.

Suresh Kumar, Neha Sahu, Shiv Lochan Sahu, Sanjay Sahu, Shailendra Kumar, Chandrika Prasad and other dignitaries were present during Rakesh Sahu’s felicitation ceremony.
