Jamshedpur, June 14: Melvin Jones Fellow Rajnish Kumar, District Governor-elect of Lions District 322 A which comprises of 21 revenue districts of Jharkhand and seven revenue districts of Bihar, will leave for Fukuoka, Japan to attend 99th�Lions Clubs International Convention where he will take the oath of Office of District Governor.�
He will be the Centennial District Governor as Lions Clubs International will join the Centennial Club with the�midnight�stroke of clock on�June 17, 2016. Lions� term begins from July 1 and ends on June 30 every year.�
He will be accompanied by his wife Nutan, also a Lion member and daughter Ayushi Pankaj. Lion Rajnish Kumar will be travelling to Fukuoka via Tokyo with District Governors-elect from East and North East India.
He will leave on June 16 morning and will be back to Jamshedpur on July 1 to lead the Lions of his District which has 62 Clubs with 2700 plus members stretching from Sasaram in Bihar to Dumka in Jharkhand.
During his stay in Japan, Rajnish will undergo five-day schooling with District Governors of other parts of the world followed by five days of international convention.�
A gold medallist in post graduate diploma in Human Resources Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, MJF Lion Rajnish Kumar is an avid social worker and is associated with many social and voluntary organizations including Eye Bank Association of India.
His voluntary services and achievements soon got noticed and he has so far been suitably recognized and rewarded more than 40 times at international, national, multiple and district levels.�
MJF Lion Rajnish Kumar is a certified Guiding Lion and proudly crowned by Lions Quest In India Foundation as the Lions Quest Ambassador of India and closely associated with Eye Banking too.
Recently at the All-India District Governors Schooling at Chennai, he was rewarded as the Best Prepared District Governor to take the charge of the responsibility of District Governor of Lions Clubs International.�
