Ranchi: Tourists in Jharkhand will now be able to enjoy magnificent sceneries while traveling by the train as Vistadome coach which will be attached to the New Giridih-Ranchi Intercity Express for the first time.
New Giridih-Ranchi special train service will begin on September 12. It will be a Vistadome coach that will be very beautiful and will bring many new amenities to the passengers. The train is scheduled to be flagged off at Giridih at 10.00 am on September 12.
Through this coach, the government is focusing on attracting tourists to the state. The train will travel to Ranchi via Jamua, Dhanwar, Maheshpur, Koderma, Hazaribagh Town, Badkakana-Mesra and Tatisilve. The objective behind the construction of this train is that passengers can enjoy the journey while traveling in Vistadome coach.
The passengers can experience the breathtaking natural beauty of Jharkhand. The train will have 13 coaches and will be connected to Hazaribagh Town by the second train.
Vistadome coaches of the train have large glass windows. Six windows have been installed which will help the passenger to see the side as well as the top view while traveling in the Vistadome coaches. The coaches are manufactured by ICF.
Around 42 to 44 passengers can travel in each coach. The biggest feature of this train will be its luxurious seats that can rotate 180 degrees. They can be pushed back and passengers will be able to move the chair as per their wish and enjoy the journey to the fullest.
