Jamshedpur: The East Singhbhum District Congress Committee organized a high-level training session at the district headquarters to fortify its grassroots structure and reinforce foundational principles. District President Parvinder Singh presided over the meeting, which featured National-level trainer Rahul Bal as the keynote speaker.
Strengthening Core Values
Addressing district office bearers, block and mandal presidents, and party workers, Rahul Bal delivered an intensive module on the history and core ideology of the Indian National Congress. During the interactive dialogue, he emphasized the importance of the SIR principles and meticulously apprised office bearers across all levels—from district units to Panchayat and Ward teams—on the nuances of party values.
Bal urged the cadre to remain vigilant against political challenges while staying rooted in the party’s commitment to secularism and social justice. “The strength of the Congress lies in its ideology and its workers’ connection with the people,” Bal stated.
Focus on Grassroots Action
