Jamshedpur, Dec 11: The Class 12 Science students from R.V.S. Academy visited the National Metallurgical Laboratory (NML) in Jamshedpur, gaining valuable insights into metallurgical processes and cutting-edge research. Accompanied by their teachers, the students explored practical applications of concepts from their academic curriculum.
The visit began with a briefing on NML’s history and its role in materials science and metallurgy. Students toured advanced research and testing laboratories, observing demonstrations of metal testing techniques and sustainability practices in metallurgy. Interactive sessions with scientists provided an engaging platform for discussions on industrial innovations and career opportunities in research and engineering.

Binda Singh, Chairman of R.V.S. Academy, emphasized the importance of such experiences, stating, “We strive to offer learning opportunities beyond the classroom. This visit fosters curiosity and bridges the gap between theoretical and practical knowledge, inspiring students towards innovation.”
