Jamshedpur, August 7: Jharkhand Governor C.P Radhakrishnan will participate in the program of TPS DAV Public School, Baharagora on August 10.
Regarding the proposed program of the Governor, deputy commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri inspected the venue on Sunday and reviewed the law and order situation.
While inspecting the preparations being made at the venue, the Deputy Commissioner gave necessary guidelines to the organisers. In view of the rain, construction of water proof pandal according to the standard, stage, parking lot, information about the number of visitors attending the program was taken and necessary guidelines were given to the officials present on the spot regarding law and order maintenance and traffic arrangements.
The Deputy Commissioner said that all necessary preparations are being made by the district administration from the point of view of security and law and order. During this, a review was done to ensure that there is no problem in the movement of people to the venue and necessary guidelines were given to the office bearers and organisers.
