Pragya Kendra inaugurated at Parsudih petrol pump

Jamshedpur, July 27: A Pragya Kendra (Digital services centre) was today launched at Rajendra and Sons petrol pump in Parsudih. The digital centre was formally inaugurated by Bharat Petroleum Regional Manager Nilesh Vachal, Senior Sales Manager Asmita Khan, P Dungdung, SM Alam, Vijay Kumar Gond and the petrol pump proprietor Rajendra Prasad Sah jointly. This common service centre will function daily between 8 m and 8 pm.

The Pragya Kendra will offer services like Adhaar Card, Voters� ID Cards, Online passport, caste and residential certificates, rail and air ticket booking, PAN card, online bank account operations et al.

Rajendra Raj informed that Bharat Petroleum�s endeavor was to provide a host of other services under one roof. Presently, the BP petrol pump in Parsudih provides petrol, diesel, mobil and has a pollution testing facility. The petrol pump is also the authorized service centre for Hero two wheelers and has a spare parts outlet. An ATM booth has been set up here.

Those present during the inaugural ceremony of the Pragya Kendra included Pragati Gupta, Shyam Yadav, Mukesh Ranjan, Amit Santra, Subhash Ruhidas, Saurabh, Pano Tudu, Sandhya Karua, Shakti Kumar and other dignitaries.
