Power woes galore in Seraikela

Seraikela: Inadequate power supply ridden with frequent power cuts has led the residents of Seraikela to lead a tough life these days.

Local electricity department officials have failed to address the power problem being faced by the people. Local residents alleged that electricity department officials have not taken timely measures to stop loadshedding and ensure zero cut power supply to the various localities.

They said the department officials have been only giving assurances without ever making sincere efforts to fulfill the same. They threatened to wage agitation in case their demands are not fulfilled soon.
