Set goal to secure 51 per cent vote at every booth: Deepak Prakash
BJP�s Lok Sabha level party workers� meet held at Dhalbhum Club
Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur Mahanagar Bharatiya Janata Party here sounded the bugle for 2019 elections at the Jamshedpur Lok Sabha level party workers� meet at Dhalbhum Club, Sakchi, on Sunday.
Senior party leaders addressed booth level workers, presidents of Mandal units and members of assembly constituency level core committees on various issues and gave them pep talk to ensure party�s victory in the elections next year.
The direct interaction of party leaders with the booth level workers was meant to remove every possible doubt from the minds of party members working at the grassroots.
Addressing the gathering, state BJP general secretary cum in-charge of Jamshedpur Lok Sabha Deepak Prakash said the BJP will achieve a bigger success in 2019 than the one achieved in 2014 under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said the party workers should set a goal of achieving a minimum of 51 per cent votes at each and every booth.

The programme was conducted by Sanjeev Kumar, representative of MP Jamshedpur. The venue was named as Atal Sabhagar where poems of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee could be seen written on banners and posters.
The MP of Jamshedpur Bidyut Baran Mahato said the grand alliance of opposition parties was only an eyewash and that it was breaking the country for the greed of power. He underlined the various achievements of the Central and state governments and appealed to the party workers to begin serious work on election preparations.
Also present on the occasion, district BJP president Dinesh Kumar said the party workers should be aggressive in foiling attempts of opposition parties to defeat the BJP on any front. He said social media platforms should be used extensively to get an edge over opponents. He said indiscipline and factionalism has no place in the party.
Potka MLA Menka Sardar said the government schemes had benefitted a large number of people who have deep trust in the party.
Among others present on the occasion included Rajesh Shukla, Pawan Agrawal, Ramesh Hansda, Bulurani Sardar, Chandrashekhar Mishra, Mukul Mishra and Rambabu Tiwary.
