Poorva – Sainik celebrates Navy Day

Jamshedpur, Dec. 4: Poorva – Sainik Seva Parishad celebrated Navy Day by paying tributes to the Indian soldiers of Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, at Golmuri Police Line on Friday.

Brijkishore, president of Parishad remembered Jharkhand�s Paramveer Chakra Albert Ekka. 4 December is celebrated as the�Navy Day�in India, to commemorate the start of Operation Trident during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971.

In one-night attack the Indian Navy�sank three vessels near the largest Pakistani port of Karachi.
