Gamharia, Nov 4: Acting on a tip off Kandra Police on Tuesday raided illegal liquor dens in Burudih village along Subarnrekha river under Kandra Police station and seized 15 litres of illicit liquor and destroyed 500 kg of Mahua Java. On the other hand, Adityapur Police also seized 30 litres of illicit liquor from Adityapur. In Saraikela and Sini 120 litres country liquor, 18 bottle of English wine and 15 bottles of country liquor and 10 litres of spirit from Saraikela and Sini Police station jurisdiction.
