Jamshedpur, May 10: Acting on a tip off, Police on Sunday arrested a man and recovered 88 kg of Marijuana from his house in Road No-14, Jawaharnagar under Mango Police Station.
Marijuana was packed to sell off in the market, said SSP Amol V Homkar.
Talking to the media persons after the arrest, SSP said that Special police team headed by DSP Headquarters (I), Mango Police Station officer, Kadma Police Station officer, Shiv Shankar Ram, Akhtar Ali and Rajendra Ram of Mango PS raided the house of Md. Naushad and recovered 88 kg of Marijuana while his father Md. Kayum fled the scene.
