Jamshedpur: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address rising entrepreneurs of East Singhbhum during the Support and Outreach programme on 2nd November (tomorrow). The event is aimed at promoting Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This was informed by the East Singhbhum Deputy Commissioner Amit Kumar on Thursday.
Kumar said 100 clusters from all over the country have been chosen for the programme. The PM will be sharing information about the programme with the district entrepreneurs through video conferencing, he said.
The DC said the district level programme will be organized at Gopal Maidan. The event will start at 2 pm. More than 3000 entrepreneurs will be participating in the programme. There will be 15 stalls at the venue. Five of them will be put up on behalf of auto components while the rest will be put up by different banks. An exhibition will also be held on the Central government�s ambitious programme for the promotion of MSMEs, said the DC.
The DC said the programme will be held from 3.45 pm till 5.15 pm. The programme is being held with the view to provide hassle-free credit access and marketing facility to MSMEs and cover them under various social security schemes.
