Jamshedpur: Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation on Monday through a virtual interaction with beneficiaries across the country as part of the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra. The event garnered significant enthusiasm among BJP workers in Jamshedpur, where the PM’s address was broadcast live in various locations under Potka block, Jugsalai Municipal Council, and Mango Municipal Corporation through a van provided by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
MP Bidyut Baran Mahato, former MLA Maneka Sardar, former BJP state president Dr. Dineshanand Goswami, BJP Jamshedpur Metropolitan President Gunjan Yadav, and others participated in the event at different locations, connecting with thousands of people. The virtual address emphasized the empowerment of the four key pillars – the poor, farmers, women, and youth – for a robust India. The primary goal of the yatra is to ensure that no rightful beneficiary of government schemes is left behind.
PM Modi highlighted the success of the Ujjwala scheme during the journey, stating that around 12 lakh new beneficiaries have applied for free Ujjwala gas connections since its inception. The Sankalp Yatra has proven to be beneficial for the health of the underprivileged. Local BJP workers played a crucial role in creating awareness about various government schemes, providing detailed information through Modi’s mobile van, and assisting people in filling and submitting application forms.
