Jamshedpur, August 29: Telco Masjid committee members planted 25 fruit saplings at the masjid premises on Monday.
Afzal Akhtar, vice-chairperson of Jamshedpur block has launched plantation drive in the monsoon season.
After the plantation drive the members pledged to help upkeep the plants and to plant two saplings every year on their birthday.
On the occasion Afzal Akhtar said, humans should love the environment and help conserve it.
At the event karimi, Reyaz Khan, Javed, Seraji, Kafil, Dara, Sarfaraz, Mahmood, Tanvir, Jayeem, Daboo and others were present.
