Jamshedpur, March 27: An early morning collision between a pickup van and a parked truck near Sheyn International School under Kandra police station area disrupted traffic flow. The pickup van, en route from Govindpur in Kharsawan to Jamshedpur via Kandra, lost control and collided with a stationary 407 truck that had broken down the previous night. The impact of the collision resulted in significant damage to the front portion of the pickup van, causing debris, including a DJ, box, and generator, to scatter across the road, halting traffic.
Eyewitnesses reported that the pickup van, bearing was traveling at high speed at the time of the incident. Upon receiving reports, Kandra police station in-charge Vinod Kumar Murmu and his team arrived at the scene to manage traffic congestion. Jharkhand Mukti Morcha leader Ajit Sen also provided assistance at the site.
