People living in home quarantine in Jamshedpur ordered to paste notice outside their house

Jamshedpur : A vigilant effort is being made by the district administration to ensure that the spread of coronavirus is controlled. In the same sequence, today an important meeting was held in the Collectorate Auditorium under the joint chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner cum District Magistrate Suraj Kumar and Senior Superintendent of Police M. Tamil Vanan.

 The Deputy Commissioner has instructed all the Incident Commander and deputed magistrate to ensure compliance of social distancing and use of mask, sanitizer in their nutritious area. The Deputy Commissioner said that more than 5 people should not stand in front of any shop. The Deputy Commissioner said that the spread of infection in the district is spreading, in such a situation it is necessary to ensure the use of social distancing, mask and sanitizer in the market and crowded areas.

All the incumbent commanders were directed by the Deputy Commissioner to close shop by giving notice to shopkeepers for the first time on violation of social distancing and not applying masks. While giving 72 hours to the concerned shopkeepers, clarify the reason for asking for inquiries. Shopkeepers will be allowed to open shops only if they comply with the rules of social distancing in clarification and give satisfactory answers for sale and purchase using masks.

Thereafter, the Deputy Commissioner was directed to take action on the FIR again for violation of the rules. The Deputy Commissioner has instructed all the Incident Commander and deputed officers to inspect the crowded area, Haat Bazar etc. under their jurisdiction every day.

In respect of home quarantine, it was directed to ensure that they do not leave their house by pasting the notice outside the house of the person concerned. Also, provide them a chart of what to do and what not to do during the quarantine period. The home quarantine person was instructed to continue regular surveillance.

At the meeting, Sub-Divisional Officer Dhalbhum Chandan Kumar, Civil Surgeon in-charge Dr. RN Jha, Additional Deputy Commissioner Saurav Kumar Sinha, Additional District Magistrate (Law and Order) Nandkishore Lal, Mango Municipal Corporation, Executive Officer of Jugasalai Municipal Council, Special Officer of JNAC and other officials were  present.
