Jamshedpur, Jan 30: A passenger traveling from Tata to Pune on Azad Hind Express (12130) left behind a piece of luggage at Tatanagar Station on January 29, 2025. Upon realizing the mistake, the passenger immediately filed a complaint via Rail Madad. Responding swiftly, Shri Chandan Kumar (DySS/TATA) and on-duty railway staff located and secured the missing bag. The passenger returned to Tatanagar Station and was relieved to find all belongings intact. Expressing gratitude, the passenger praised the railway staff for their prompt response and dedication in safeguarding passengers’ belongings.
