Chaibasa, Sept. 2: The nation wide strike called by trade union had a partial impact in West Singhbhum district as the roads were busy since morning.
The banks remained open while the buses were also plying on the road without hindrances, but the Post Office was closed and ACC company, SAIL and other mining workers were on strike.
A trade union took out a rally in Chaibasa town in the evening.
