Jamshedpur, September 9: Jamshedpur Abhibhavak Sangh (parents outfit of Jamshedpur) has complained to the District Education Officer (DEO) and District Education Superintendent (DSE) office on Saturday against the action of Tarapore School located in Agrico, Jamshedpur.
During this time, the president of the association leading the parents, Umesh Kumar, has accused the school management of committing atrocities against the students and demanded to return the confiscated mobile phone of student Rohan.
Rohan has been banned from coming to school as punishment for taking his phone to school. The union has demanded to take necessary action against the school management on this issue.
Umesh Kumar said that Rohan Kumar is a regular student of class nine of Tarapore School and in order to take photos of the school program on 15th August (Independence Day), he had taken his mobile phone to school, hiding it from his “mother” father.
Seeing the mobile phone in Rohan’s hand in the school campus, a school teacher snatched the phone from him and as a punishment for bringing a mobile phone to school, the school principal banned him from coming to school.
