Panchayat secretary accused of forgery

Jamshedpur: A case of forgery in Bagbera Colony panchayat committee has come to light with the member of Ward No 7 Kusum Devi accusing the panchayat secretary Ravindra Nath Bhagat of forging her signature.
Kusum Devi alleged that Bhagat had forged her signature to issue a letter intimating her about the working committee meeting. She said she was not informed at all about the meeting. She accused Bhagat of flouting panchayat rules and regulations.
Kusum Devi sent a legal notice to Bhagat, demanding a reply within seven days. She threatened to file a defamation suit against the accused on his failure to respond satisfactorily.
