Outfit plans dharna for water

Jamshedpur: Mango Nagar Vikas Samiti members will be sitting on dharna for 24 hours at Khudiram Bose Chowk, Mango, on 15th June in favour of their various demands for water, electricity and cleanliness.

All outfit members will be sitting on collective fasting. They said the agitation will continue till each and every household in Mango gets water.

The outfit chief patron Vinod Singh said the district minister in-charge Rajendra Singh had earlier announced to waive pending water tax of Mango residents completely.

But even after eight months of the announcement, the situation remains the same as no step has been taken to waive the pending water tax of the residents, alleged Vinod Singh.
