Jamshedpur: The annual calendar of Oriya literary magazine The Singhbhum was unveiled at Golmuri by Dr BB Bhuiyan of ABM College.
Editor of The Singhbhum Badal Bhuiyan, Jayram Das Patra of SinghbhumSamaj, Pradip Kumar Jena, general secretary of Golmuri Utkal Samaj were present on the occasion.
Badal Bhuiyan on the occasion said that the calendar is prepared for the Oriya community every year. The calendar contains details of dates of important festivals being observed by the community.
The calendars are distributed free of cost among community members at Jamshedpur, Seraikela, Ghatsila, Baharagora, Ranchi, Chakulia, Adityapur and in other places free of cost, Badal Bhuiyan said.
