Jamshedpur, May 7: One person was seriously injured in the collision of an auto-rickshaw and a bus in Sundernagar on Saturday.
The victim was taken to Sadar Hospital, Khasmahal, where his condition was serious, police said.
According to cops, the mishap occurred barely 50 metres away from the Sundernagar police station. The auto-rickshaw, carrying a haul of illicit liquor, rammed into a bus near the Sundernagar railway level crossing. When police rushed to the scene, they found liquor kept inside the three-wheeler. Police started a probe in connection with the recovery of illicit liquor.
