Gamharia: Police arrested one Basudev Mahato in connection with the loot at Swastik Petrol Pump in Kandra on 30th April last.
The accused was nabbed in Ghodalingi village. He is charged with looting cash worth Rs 10,000 and a mobile phone from a petrol pump in Kandra.
Police have seized a motorcycle used in the crime. They are conducting raids to nab two associates of the accused, identified as Jagru Mahato and Nirmal Mukhi, who were reportedly involved in the crime.
