Jamshedpur: One person died while four others were severely injured in separate road accidents in the city on Wednesday.
A man, identified as Dalvir Singh, 70, died while crossing the road after being hit by a minibus at Kalimati Road under Sakchi police station area.
He was critically injured at the scene. He was taken to MGM Hospital where he was pronounced brought dead.
In the other incident, which occurred near Ramnagar under Sonari police station area, four persons were severely injured following the collision of two cars.
The victims were taken to Tata Main Hospital. One of them was reportedly critical.
