One arrested in Kadma shootout case

Jamshedpur, March 16: Police Saturday arrested a youth, identified as Sourabh Sasmal, a resident of Road Number 6, Ramnagar, Kadma, in connection with the Kadma shootout incident of 14^th March last.

SP City Prabhat Kumar said the accused had shot at Ravi Hembram of Kadma following an old enmity. A pistol has been recovered from the possession of the accused, he said.

Kumar said a police team led by DSP Arvind Kumar was set up to arrest the accused. Police cracked the case within 48 hours of the crime, he said.
