Jamshedpur, March 10: Sonari police arrested one Pintu Yadav in a case of extortion and assault lodged by one Jitendra Singh. The alleged victim had accused Pintu and three others of assaulting him and demanding extortion money. The three accused, identified as Bablu, Rohit and Dheeraj Patel, are on the run, police said. Police said a search is on for the other accused persons. They said the accused was taken to MGM Hospital for medical examination and forwarded to judicial custody.
