Jamshedpur, Sept 6:The Season-2 of Mr and Miss Jharkhand contest organized by Bobby Entertainment saw Om Mahapatra being declared ‘Mr Jharkhand’ and Anshu Verma being crowned ‘Miss Jharkhand.’ The judges were Amit Samanto (Mr India in body building) and Angel Marina Tirkey (‘Queen’ International Tourism).
The director ofBobby Entertainment, Mrityunjay Kumar informed, “More than 500 participants appeared for the audition held in June. The list was pruned down to 60 contestants who Om Shankar Mahapatra was declared ‘Mr Jharkhand -2023’ and Anshu Verma, ‘Miss Jharkhand -2023’.”
The final round was organized on August 28 at Ranchi.
‘Mr Jharkhand-2023,’ Om Shankar Mahapatra is a resident of Gamharia who did his MBA from Arka Jain University and is currently posted as HR at Global Garner Sales in Ahmedabad. Talking about his success, Om said, “Bobby Entertainment and its Director, Mrityunjay Kumar Sir played a big hand in bolstering my confidence. My fatherAmalendu Mahapatra and mother Sonali Mahapatra have always supported me in all my ventures. I will always remain grateful to them.”
