Jamshedpur: The much-anticipated annual techno-management fest, OJASS 2025, officially commenced at NIT Jamshedpur, ushering in three days of cutting-edge technology, strategic business contests and electrifying entertainment.
The inaugural day saw an impressive line-up of events, with tech enthusiasts battling it out in Robo Wars, Electrospection, Hack de Science and Cansys, while aspiring entrepreneurs showcased their acumen in Mock Stock, Crypto Clash and Business Simulation Challenge. Beyond the technical sphere, gaming and strategic showdowns like the BGMI tournament, Chess championship and Wax Comb challenge drew massive participation.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Yogesh N. Dhoble, Senior Principal Scientist at CSIR, delivered an insightful lecture on “Sustainable Innovation through Material Science and Intellectual Property.” His words resonated with students, inspiring them to push the frontiers of technology.
Speaking about the event, Technical Secretary Vishal Raj stated, “OJASS is more than just a fest—it’s a platform where talent meets opportunity. We are thrilled by the overwhelming response on Day 1.”
Looking ahead, Day 2 promises to be even more exhilarating with a guest lecture by Raj Vikramaditya (Striver), a renowned coding mentor and YouTuber and a stand-up comedy session by Ashish Solanki, set to light up the evening.
The seamless execution of the fest stands as a testament to the dedication of Technical Secretary Vishal Raj, Joint Technical Secretaries Haritima Sinha and Anurag Das and the organizing team. The event was graced by the President of SAC, Dean of Student Welfare, faculty members and a large student audience, all eager to witness the brilliance that OJASS 2025 has to offer.
