Odiya New Year celebrated at Utkal Association Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, April 14: The Odiya New Year was celebrated with gaiety at the Utkal association The chief guest on the occasion was Tata College’s Odiya Department Head, Prof Prabhash Ranjan Sahu who appreciated the efforts of the Association to promote and propagate Odiya language and literature Utkal Association President Dr Sridhar Pradhan, Vice President Badal Bhuiyan and General secretary Tarun Kumar Mahanty stressed on propagating the rich literary and cultural heritage Pradip Das moderated the programme among those present were Kashinath Panda, Aditya Kavi, Manicharan Sahu, Ranjan Bhuiyan, Ranjan Panda, Hirendra Singhdev, Dr Utpal Dash, Sanghamitra Nayak, Narayan Nayak, Vice President Sanjay Patra and many others
