Nuvoco Jamshedpur Cement Plant recognises women’s contributions

Jamshedpur: Nuvoco Vistas Corp Ltd, India’s fifth-largest cement group by capacity, recognised remarkable women from the communities surrounding its Jojobera cement plant for their outstanding contributions to society. Raghavendrarau Jahagirdar, Manufacturing Head, East, graced the occasion and felicitated the women for their exceptional efforts in local governance, education, and healthcare. These women were honoured for their dedication to community welfare. Among the awardees were the Chairperson of the Zila Parishad, local representatives such as Parshad and Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat, as well as teachers and frontline workers from ASHA and ICDS departments.
