Jamshedpur, August 2: R.D. Tata Institute of Technology Golmuri (NTTF) celebrated ‘Freshers Day’ to welcome its new batch of students. The event commenced with Principal Preeta John and Ramesh Rai lighting the ceremonial lamp. Principal John addressed the students, emphasizing the importance of technical education and the institute’s commitment to support their learning journey. She encouraged students to work hard, maintain discipline, and embrace the opportunities for success.
The celebration featured a variety of cultural performances, including music, dance, and a band presentation. Performances by Trisha and group (Electronics), Anupriya and group (Computers), Rahul and group (Tool and Die Making), and Anisha and group (Mechatronics) entertained the audience with their vibrant acts. Akash and his group delivered a heartfelt musical performance that resonated with everyone.

A highlight of the event was the self-earning initiative by trainees, who set up various items and food stalls, showcasing their entrepreneurial spirit. The program concluded with a vote of thanks and a photo session to commemorate the occasion.
