NTTF begins form distribution for admissions, entrance exam to be online

Jamshedpur, May 13: The admission process for the Golmuri-based technical institution NTTF has officially begun. Interested candidates can purchase the admission form for Rs. 500. The entrance test will be conducted online and will cover topics such as Mathematics, Science, English, and Reasoning. The maximum age limit for candidates seeking admission to NTTF is 21 years.

To secure admission to the NTTF center in Jamshedpur, a minimum of 45% marks in the matriculation exam and 50% marks in Mathematics and Science are mandatory. However, for admission to institutes located outside of Jamshedpur, a minimum of 35% marks, and 40% marks in Mathematics and Science are required.

A meeting was held to discuss the admission process, during which Principal Preeta John outlined the admission criteria for prospective students. The NTTF center in Jamshedpur has two branches, and admission tests will be conducted for both the Golmuri and Burmamines branches.

The meeting also focused on how to provide better placement opportunities for students after completing the three-year course. Anil Kumar Jawali and Sahitya Sarkar were among those who attended the meeting. The institution offers 65 seats in Diploma in Tool and Digital Manufacturing, 65 seats in Diploma in Electronics and Embedded System, 65 seats in Diploma in Computer Engineering and IT Infrastructure, and 105 seats in Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering and Smart Factory at the Golmuri Institute. The Burmamines Institute has 35 seats each in Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering and Smart Factory and Diploma in Electrical and Electronics.
