NSUI launches cleanliness drive at Bagbera

Jamshedpur: Youth Congress members launched a cleanliness drive in the various localities of Bagbera on Saturday. Bleaching powder was sprinkled near open drains and potholes at DB Road, fish market, Gandhi Nagar, Somai Jhopri, Ramnagar and Bajrang Tekri.

The campaign was led by Nirmal Patro, president of Youth Congress Potka Assembly Constituency Committee. An appeal was made to the residents to keep their households and surroundings clean and spread awareness among their family members, friends and relatives.

Bleaching powder packets were also distributed among the residents by Parvinder Singh, Nalini Singh, Rakesh Sahu and Ashish Mukhi. Among others present on the occasion included Raman Khan, Ashok Singh, Shafiur Rehman, Neelu Srivastava and Michael.
