NSS prepares framework for future programs

Jamshedpur, July 20: NSS unit of Kolhan University on Wednesday held a meeting regarding the future plans of the unit and prepared a frame work for the upcoming programs were 80 activists from different colleges of the university along with NSS officers from Kolhan University. At the event students of Karim City College Anmol and Vikas Kumar were also felicitated.


Chief guest for the event was Regional Officer of NSS Bihar-Jharkhand Deepak Kumar and NSS coordinator of Kolhan University Professor Arvind Kumar. Addressing the gathering they said, NSS is a national level government project which aims at overall development of the students through social service.

At the event Anjani Kumar and Dharmendra Kumar from Housing Department of Jharkhand government gave detailed information about the survey work.

On the occasion, a student named Anmol presented poems based on youth where NSS officers and workers from Jain College, Graduate College, Womens College, JKS College, XITE College and Karim City College. Other guests at the event were Dr. Mohammed Zakaria, Dr. M Diriyaz and Syed Sajid Parvez.
