Jamshedpur, Nov 24: Books definitely shape a human, but without practical approach learning may not be complete.
To give students practical exposure during their BBA/MBA course students of NSIBM are motivated to write Research Articles and conference papers.
They are given a chance to present these papers in at National & International Conference held in India & abroad. The conference provides a platform to exchange and share the experiences and results about all aspects in the field of management.
It further enhances and brings self confidence in the students. In this context Satwinder Kaur Gill , BBA 3rd Year student of NSIBM has added a feather in the crown of glories of NSIBM, Jamshedpur.
Her paper titled �Globalization � Time to rethink and reframe� was accepted for presentation in an Inter National conference held at Empyreal Institute of Higher Education, Guwhati and has been subsequently published in an International Journal of Research in Management and Social Science ISSN:2322-0899,Volume 2,Issue 3(IV),July September 2014.
