Jamshedpur: Round Table India along with Ladies Circle India on Wednesday inaugurated the first edition of ‘Aahaar’, to provide Covid infected patients with free, safe, and healthy food delivered to the comfort of their homes.

The tables associated with the program are Jamshedpur Green Steel City Round Table 224, Jamshedpur Yodhayein  Round Table 338, and Jamshedpur Green Steel City Ladies Circle 123. The two meals offered, lunch and dinner, are vegetarian Indian meals. The meals include two rotis, dal, seasonal vegetables, salad and achaar. The meals are being delivered all over
Jamshedpur. Lunch and dinner orders must be placed before 10:30am. It is an online module where patients can track their free meals.

Secretary Arush Sabharwal said that the Jamshedpur Round Table and Ladies Circle chapters ensure that all vehicles and drivers are sanitised to  ensure safe delivery of food to those who need it. The program was started in order to contribute to the city that has helped the tablers and circlers flourish in their respective fields. Our organisation would like to thank the Onyx Hotel and Sourav Agarwal for donating the meals. “We hope that this noble gesture
here today can serve as an inspiration to the public and elicit change on a much larger scale,” the official.
