No rain expected, dry and warm weather ahead for Jharkhand

Jamshedpur: Most parts of Jharkhand are set to witness clear and dry weather over the next 72 hours, as per the latest forecast issued by the Ranchi Meteorological Centre. Meteorologists have ruled out the possibility of rain or any adverse weather conditions in the coming days, bringing relief to residents planning outdoor activities.

Weather experts have predicted a gradual rise in maximum temperatures over the next two to three days, while minimum temperatures are expected to dip slightly. This trend indicates the transition towards warmer days as summer approaches.

Several areas in southern Jharkhand experienced early morning fog and mist today. However, as the day progressed, visibility improved, making way for bright and sunny conditions.

Jamshedpur, Ranchi, and Daltonganj recorded minimum temperatures hovering around 17-18 degrees Celsius this morning, maintaining a comfortable early March climate. Meanwhile, Garhwa recorded the lowest temperature in the state at 13.1 degrees Celsius.

On the other hand, the maximum temperature is steadily increasing, with Seraikela recording the highest maximum temperature of 38 degrees Celsius, signaling the onset of hotter days.

The IMD has advised residents to prepare for rising temperatures and stay hydrated as daytime heat intensifies. While early mornings may remain pleasant, the afternoons are expected to become warmer. The clear weather conditions will also favor agricultural activities and outdoor travel plans across the state.
